Fogle, 42, who was appointed as a spokesman for the Danish construction toy maker in 2012, unleashed an unprecedented attack on the firm insisting the creativity has been removed in place of "rigid 'box ticking' discipline".
In a speech to 200 private school head teachers at the Boarding School Association conference the father-of-two did not hold back in his criticism.
He said: "I don't mean to be disrespectful to the Danish company that makes 19 billion bricks a year.
